30 Day Return Policy

<sub>Returns are accepted on most items by providing the original receipt (invoice) and reason for return within 30 days from the purchase date.

All refunds must be in the original packaging and in acceptable condition of use
(all manuals, accessories, gifts with purchase must be included).

Returns of non-defective items will be subject to a restocking fee of 5% - 30% .
The Product must be unopened, unactivated, and in the original manufacturer packaging to qualify for the 5% restocking fee.
(5% restocking fee is only applicable on Brand New products).

The customer is also responsible for shipping the item to our shipping manager, with a valid tracking number and signature if available.
Refunds will be made after the returned item has been inspected.

Contact us with your order number for assistance with any refund requests. Any item returned without contacting us first will be rendered void.

The refund will be processed within 1 business day of receiving the product

The refund should appear within the original payment method within 3 - 10 business days depending on the financial institution</sub>
